Chakra Phool
Star anise, known as Chakra Phool is a Star shaped spice which has sweet-savoury taste. Star anise is often added with other spices like Cardamoms, peppercorns, Jeera in little hot oil which gives an excellent aroma and taste to the gravy when sautéed with garlic and onions.
